After cancellation of mutation, many times he requested CO for mutation but CO was not doing mutation.

Meanwhile, Mohan Kumar Singh entered the CO’s residence to talk about the motion of the land. As soon as he went inside, he started arguing with the CO over the issue of mutation. During the debate, CO Shivendra Kumar refused to motorize the land in a wrong way, due to which he got angry.

Accused Mohan Kumar attacked him with a knife. CO Shivendra Kumar was seriously injured in this attack. At present, his treatment is going on in Sadar Hospital.

The arrested person told Mohan Kumar Singh that a land was bought by him, for which he applied twice for motion, but the Halka employee and revenue officer investigated. According to the investigation, the objector Kanhaiya Prasad Singh (Retd. Gupteshwar Prasad Singh) related to that Khata-Khesra, the application was given on 23.02.23 by Shakarpura Police Station-Bakhri, in which it is clearly written that the said land belongs to Arun Prasad Singh. Illegally sold by Along with this, the land of Khata-Khesra has been given on lease through Bhuhad Bandi Vaad No. 02/1973-74, which is in the name of the lessee Nehru Rajak. Due to the up-to-date receipt of rent for this land, the application submitted by him for motion was rejected.
